This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to lead a dynamic group of emergency and specialty veterinarians while shaping a positive, high-performing hospital culture.
About the Role
The Medical Director partners closely with hospital leadership to foster a strong sense of community, elevate medical quality, and support a thriving, clinician-driven environment. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic influence, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and team development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and advance medical quality standards, including patient care & safety and client & referring veterinarian satisfaction
  • Support hospital-wide quality and operational initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, clinician-led culture and learning environment
  • Lead clinician recruiting, engagement, and retention efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians through practice visits, Continuing Education (CE) presentations and case consultations
