What Success Looks Like
  • Vendors are onboarded quickly, completely, and without follow-up gaps
  • Product and pricing data is consistently accurate and up to date
  • Reduced delays caused by missing documentation or system errors
  • Improved speed and efficiency in product setup and order readiness

What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple systems and large data sets
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage deadlines
  • Effective communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams
  • Experience with ERP/POS systems (SAGE, CounterPoint, Shopify, Net Suites, or similar) is a plus
  • Background in merchandising, product development, operations, or supply chain preferred

Why Join Ampersand Brands
  • Be part of a growing team supporting iconic brands like Hammond's Candies and Lolli & Pops
  • Work cross-functionally across retail, wholesale, and product development
  • Gain exposure to the full product lifecycle-from concept to shelf

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Corporate)
