Job Description
The Research Assistant shall provide ongoing clinical and
research assistance to the Lincoln Memorial University-College of
Veterinary Medicine faculty including on-campus and extended clinical
sites.
Required Qualifications
Veterinary Medical degree from AVMA accredited college or
school or alternatively successfully complete the AVMA ECFVG
certification program for foreign graduates, license to practice
veterinary medicine in the State of Tennessee, & prior
grant-writing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced training in immunology (PhD or equivalent), grant
organization and management experience, excellent verbal and
written communication skills, demonstrated ability to form
collaborative research groups, demonstrated ability to complete
multiple assignments and meet deadlines, creativity,
self-starting attitude, mindset for development and expansion,
high level of expertise in clinical oncology and cancer
immunotherapeutics, & demonstrated skills as a team worker
and/or leader.
