Role Description

This is a full-time in person role for an Immigration Attorney (removal defense.) Based in Sterling, VA, this position also allows for some work-from-home flexibility after a probationary period. The Immigration Attorney will handle a variety of tasks including providing legal advice, preparing immigration petitions, representing clients in court, and developing strategies for complex immigration cases. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address legal challenges related to immigration, and ensure proper handling of visa and legal documentation processes.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Immigration Issues, Immigration Law, and Legal Issues
  • Proficiency in handling visas and other immigration-related documentation
  • Thorough understanding of Immigration procedures and policies
  • Ability to provide client-focused legal solutions and effectively communicate complex legal concepts
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership (preferably in Virginia)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in immigration law or a related legal field is a plus
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable (Arabic and Spanish most of all)
