Job Description

With the LAC program, the sky is the limit. You will receive 6 months of training on everything from the ins and outs of freight brokerage to how to close a sale. At the end of the six month training, you will be well on your way to developing your own customers. As an LAC, you will do research to identify opportunities with customers across the US, Canada, and Mexico and then give those customers the best customer service they have ever experienced to ensure their freight gets picked up and delivered on time, every time. We have dedicated trainers assisting you all along the way to ensure you are successful. If you are motivated and have a drive that won't quit, this is the program for you!

The salary is an aggressive base + incentive structure. You have the ability for your first salary increase at 6 months and then another after that! The incentive starts at 3 months and you have the ability to increase that percentage as well!
