Position Overview

Zedcor is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our team. This position would be responsible for picking up and delivering security towers and deploying equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, and flatbeds. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service while ensuring timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Movement: picking up and delivering security towers and deploying equipment
  • Professionalism: Maintain courteous behavior and professional appearance.
  • Equipment Handling:Execute delivery of products as specified and ensure all products are placed to standard
  • Safety Compliance:Adheres to the strict safety policies and practices set in place by Zedcor, the account, and state and federal lawand keep an accurate driver log.
  • Driving Standards: Maintain a clean driving record with a valid Class A CDL.
  • Communication: Coordinate effectively with the transportation team.


Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a valid class A Drivers License
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with hauling a trailer and operating a loader to spot equipment
  • Previous work experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb during long shifts: 10-15 hours
  • Must be able to lift and carry 15-40 pound
  • Experience operating machinery (preferred)
  • Experience with low voltage electrical work (preferred)
