What You'll Do
Customer & Sales Support

  • Engage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada
  • Guide customers through account setup, membership activation, and renewals
  • Answer inbound calls related to reservations, memberships, and general inquiries
  • Upsell add-on camping products and refer upgrade opportunities
Lead & Account Management
  • Collect, enter, and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systems
  • Ensure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow-up tasks
  • Maintain working knowledge of products, promotions, and policies
Performance & Service
  • Meet call handling, quality assurance, and sales performance metrics
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-through
  • Collaborate with team members and support overall team goals
Skills & Experience
  • Sales or customer service experience (phone sales a plus)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
