The (USA) Manager, Campaign Management will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong business and financial acumen to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines. A deep understanding of programmatic advertising, analytics, and market trends is essential to drive impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth and enhance customer engagement.
 

About the team:
The Media Activation team transforms media strategies and client commitments into live, optimized campaigns. They manage campaign setup, delivery, pacing, and performance while resolving execution challenges to ensure budgets align with client and financial goals. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, technology, and revenue delivery, the team influences revenue conversion and client outcomes. This role demands technical platform expertise, strategic judgment to identify risks early, troubleshoot systems, and optimize performance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to collaborate effectively across the organization and drive successful campaign execution.
 

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years’ experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 1 year's experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
  • 3 years' experience managing marketing campaigns. 3 years' experience with CRM.
  • 3 years' experience in digital media

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
