The Sr. Associate will be called upon for end-to-end campaign activation. The Sr. Associate is accountable for supporting senior team members to monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to deliver against campaign goals. Beyond day-to-day deliverables, they focus on gaining expertise in not just the general programmatic space, but also Amplifi's ways of working. They learn from all team-members and have a curiosity to understand the machinations of Amplifi products. Beyond day-to-day team deliverables, they foster knowledge-sharing among Associates and support senior team-members with central tasks and are key to cultivating a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with the Manager and senior leaders to activate campaigns, troubleshooting technical or campaign bugs, and optimize towards KPIs within buying platforms (DSPs like Beeswax, TTD, DV360, Meta, Tik Tok, etc)
  • Be an expert on buying platforms, direct media buying processes, and internal dentsu products
  • Adhere to defined processes for campaign management across digital and programmatic channels, with focus on hands-on-keys activation work
  • Be organized while tracking tasks, take notes during meetings, and help the Manager execute priorities within deadlines
  • Present campaign delivery and optimizations on daily/weekly internal calls
  • Continually build programmatic expertise and ability to speak to a campaign's details

Experience/Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-3 years experience within programmatic, specifically, and overall digital industry
  • Strong attention to project management
  • Experience in at least one major DSP
  • Analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong experience working with business applications

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
