Job description

Journey with us! Combine your career goals and sense of adventure by joining our incredible team of employees at Royal Caribbean Group. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, and excellent career development opportunities, each offering unique ways to explore the world.
We are proud to be the vacation-industry leader with global brands - including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises - the most innovative fleet and private destinations, and the best people. Together, we are dedicated to turning the vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
Serves as a technical and strategic measurement lead for the Royal Caribbean Group's media and advertising: owning the data infrastructure, platform integrations, and analytical frameworks that enable stakeholders to understand campaign performance and audience impact
This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data engineering, and campaign measurement, responsible for both the infrastructure that makes measurement possible and the project management discipline that ensures the measurement offering is delivered consistently at scale.
Working closely with campaign management, data engineering, channel owners, and external vendor partners, this individual will define how the network collects, connects, activates, and reports on measurement data across a complex ecosystem of platforms, clean rooms, and customer data infrastructure
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Measurement and Analytics Infrastructure Development & Maintenance
• Design KPI and metric frameworks in partnership with campaign management and sales, ensuring measurement is tied to partner objectives before campaign launch
• Own data quality assessment and validation across all measurement inputs: identifying gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data before they surface in partner-facing reporting
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting outputs within BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), translating raw data into clear, actionable narratives for internal and external audience
• Design and execute experiments including A/B tests, holdout testing, and campaign impact testing, owning test design, sample sizing, methodology documentation, and interpretation of results
• Establish and enforce consistent measurement methodologies across campaigns, ensuring comparability of results over time and across partners Data & Technology
• Maintain deep in-platform knowledge across data clean rooms (e.g., LiveRamp, InfoSum, Databricks), CDPs, and marketing software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social platforms, programmatic DSPs/SSPs). Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis; work directly with data pipelines and ETL processes to understand data flow and troubleshoot quality issues
• Apply strong Excel skills to ad hoc analysis, data validation, and reporting builds; leverage BI tools for scalable, repeatable dashboards
• Drive schema standardization and identity resolution across platforms, ensuring consistent data structures that enable cross-channel measurement
• Partner with engineering and data teams on API integrations and system connections, serving as the business-side translator between technical requirements and measurement needs
• Champion data governance and data modeling best practices, ensuring measurement data is well-documented, consistently structured, and audit ready Project Delivery
• Own end-to-end project planning and scheduling for the measurement offering: defining scope, sequencing workstreams, setting milestones, and managing cross-functional teams towards delivery against partner commitments
• Lead requirement gathering with business stakeholders, translating measurement objectives into clear technical specifications for data and engineering teams
• Proactively manage risk and issues across measurement workstreams, identifying blockers early, documenting mitigation paths, and escalating with context and recommendations
• Conduct post-delivery reviews, codifying learnings and driving improvements into future measurement infrastructure, onboarding processes, and project templates as the media network scales.
What you will build
• A robust, scalable measurement infrastructure spanning data clean rooms, CDPs, and marketing platforms, standardized for repeatability and designed to support a growing portfolio of advertising partnerships
• KPI and metric frameworks, reporting dashboards, and testing programs that give partners and internal stakeholders a clear, trusted view of campaign performance
• Clear technical onboarding frameworks and schema standards that enable fast, consistent partner data integration, with governance, privacy, and data quality controls baked in from the start
• A track record of measurement credibility that positions the media network as a trusted, technically sophisticated partner for brand advertisers
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing measurement, data analytics, or marketing technology, with a strong track record of building and operating measurement infrastructure in a media, agency, or brand environment
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating across data, engineering, and business stakeholder teams in a fast-moving environment
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between what partners want to know and what the data infrastructure needs to do
• Track record of working directly with data and reporting: designing metrics, validating data quality, building dashboards, and communicating performance insights to non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating closely with technology and engineering teams, with enough technical fluency to contribute meaningfully to data pipeline, integration, and governance discussions
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker), strong Excel proficiency, and working knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with clean rooms, CDPs, and marketing platform ecosystems is required
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR) and their implications for data sharing, identity resolution, and clean room usage
• Builder's mindset: someone who creates structure where it doesn't exist, catches data quality issues before they reach partners, and takes personal ownership of measurement credibility
We know there's a lot to consider. As you go through the application process, our recruiters will be glad to provide guidance, and more relevant details to answer any additional questions. Thank you again for your interest in Royal Caribbean Group. We'll hope to see you onboard soon!
