The Recruitment Marketing Specialist supports the execution of recruitment marketing programs that attract, engage, and nurture top talent. This role manages day-to-day candidate-facing content and communication channels, helps maintain our employer brand presence, and assists with inbound recruitment marketing requests. They partner closely with the Recruitment Marketing Agency, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand alignment, and effective delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms.

This role is a great fit for an early-career marketer who is organized, creative, and excited to grow skills in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Channel Management

  • Maintain a content calendar aligned to talent priorities, hiring campaigns, and employer brand themes.
  • Draft and update copy for job postings, career site content, campaign landing pages, banners, recruitment marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other candidate-facing materials.
  • Support storytelling initiatives by highlighting employee experiences, culture, events, and business achievements.

Recruitment Marketing Requests & Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for recruitment marketing intake requests, ensuring accurate routing, prioritization, and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate the creation of campaign assets with internal partners and external vendors/agencies.
  • Maintain documentation and templates for consistent brand application across TA.

Campaign Support & Optimization

  • Partner with the Recruitment Marketing Agency to support campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in launching digital advertising, job board promotions, and social ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and candidate engagement.
  • Support tracking of source effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI across recruitment marketing channels.
  • Develop and deliver always-on internal mobility campaigns to raise awareness of career opportunities and support associate growth.

Employer Brand Support

  • Ensure all recruiting content aligns with employer brand standards.
  • Develop and deliver ambassador and advocacy strategies to strengthen Regal Rexnord's internal and external employer brand.
  • Support initiatives that elevate the employee value proposition (EVP) across digital and offline channels.
  • Help manage review sites (Glassdoor/Indeed) including response templates and reputation monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and business units to amplify brand-aligned stories.

General TA Partnership

  • Work closely with recruiters to understand talent needs, personas, and job-specific messaging.
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, and university relations marketing assets.
  • Provide administrative support for RM platforms, tools, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience supporting employer brand initiatives or recruitment advertising campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, GEO, paid social, targeting, analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, interpret and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests with varying priorities.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, job distribution tools, talent marketing tools, or career site CMS (e.g., Workday, Happydance, GR8 People)
  • Experience with video editing, graphic design, or visual content tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of talent personas and candidate journey mapping.

Expected Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's basepaycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,educationand internal peer compensationcomparisons among other potential factors.
