In collaboration with other team members, you will successfully execute events within the CADY standard of Accuracy, Quality and Timeliness. Using top of the line equipment, CADY photographers capture key moments in our clients lives while building their own mastery in the art of photography.  *Responsibilities* * Provide concierge level service to our studio and school customers * Use cameras, along with a variety of equipment, such as tripods, filters, and flash attachments to capture high quality photos * Determine desired images and picture composition, selecting and adjusting subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects * Test equipment prior to use to ensure that it is in good working order * Set up, mount, or install photographic equipment and cameras at studios and event locations * Take pictures of individuals and or small groups, either in a studio setting or on location * Adjust apertures, shutter speed, and camera focus according to a combination of factors, such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, film type, and film speed   *Qualifications* * Background in photography with at least hobbyist level skills required * 1-2 years photography experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent with a valid driver’s license required * Able to successfully pass a criminal background check * Able to lift, move and operate camera equipment up to 40lbs * Be a creative thinker * Able to work well within a team setting and independently * Amazing customer service and communication skills  * Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory (Valid driver's license and insurance may be required). * Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output  *Benefits (for full-time employees)* * Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, Health Savings Account option and a host of voluntary benefits to enhance your coverage * 401(k) with employer match * Paid holidays and paid time off * Mileage reimbursement *Employee Perks* * Beautifully designed studios * Employee appreciation events throughout the year * Dynamic training and skills enhancement opportunities * Top of the line equipment to work with * Fun, active and rewarding environment * Photographer of the month award program We have consistently grown 40% year after year, even in the middle of the COVID pandemic!
