Role: Traveling Sales Manager

You will be assigned to spa locations for 60-90 days, helping stabilize performance and then moving to the next location in need. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily client consultations
  • Closing sales of treatment packages and skincare (avg. $5000/day target)
  • Coaching and uplifting on-site spa staff
  • Strategizing sales campaigns and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Driving daily sales quotas and long-term revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting new spa openings or relaunches
Travel Expectations
  • Locations: Florida, Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee
  • Travel: Every 2-3 months to a new assignment
  • Provided: Housing, Company car, Travel assistance
  • Must be open to full-time travel-based employment

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales, leadership, or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed quotas
  • Strong presentation and consultation skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and self-managed
  • Comfortable with weekend shifts (e.g., Sundays 11 AM - 6 PM)
  • Reliable transportation to airport or deployment hubs when needed
  • Open to long-term growth and relocation
  • Must be eligible to work as a 1099 W9 contractor (no employment benefits)
Compensation & Commission
  • Base Salary: $3,000/month
  • On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ annually
  • Commission Tiers:
    • Tier 1: 4% on sales up to $4,000
    • Tier 2: 6% on $4,001-$10,000
    • Tier 3: 8% on $10,001+
  • Monthly Travel Bonus $1000
