Job Overview

Job Title: Heavy Machine Operator

Location: Dubuque, IA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Heavy Machine Operator to safely transport and park machinery from the factory to designated lot areas. This position requires strong attention to safety and efficiency in handling equipment.

Schedule:

  • Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and transport heavy machinery from the factory to assigned parking areas
  • Ensure machines are parked and organized correctly in the lot
  • Conduct basic safety inspections before and after moving equipment
  • Follow company policies and all safety procedures
  • Assist with general lot organization and light maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating heavy or large equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license required
