Field Technician Camera, Low Voltage & Access Control

Position Summary

525 Technologies is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to support camera installations, low-voltage cabling, and access control systems for school systems. This role requires hands-on technical experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to professionalism when representing our company on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and service:
    • Security cameras (IP and related hardware)
    • Low-voltage cabling and infrastructure
    • Access control systems
  • Perform on-site work at schools and educational facilities
  • Read and follow installation plans, diagrams, and scope documents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation or connectivity issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff and administrators
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Represent 525 Technologies in a professional and respectful manner at all times
  • Document work performed and report job status as required
Required Qualifications
