Team members work with a diverse customer base and a wide range of technologies, offering opportunities to develop expertise across multiple security system types.

Role Description This is a full-time Outside Sales Representative role based in Houston, TX. The Outside Sales Representative will prospect and qualify new leads, schedule and conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations, and demonstrate security solutions tailored to all clients. The role involves meeting with customers at their locations, assessing their security needs, preparing proposals and quotes, and following a defined sales-cycle. Daily activities include prospecting, chasing, hunting, closing, winning. This representative wants to work in a competitive environment where a No doesn't defeat them, but is this first step in chasing a new deal.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and present solutions effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities when interacting with diverse customers and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in security systems, technology, or related industries.
  • A desire to win.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical features of access control, alarm, and camera systems in accessible language.
