  • Own daily manpower planning, labor allocation, and materials coordination to hit project milestones

  • Delegate daily task assignments and enforce LINX installation standards across the crew

  • Interpret and apply project drawings, door hardware schedules, cabling standards, wiring schematics, relay logic, and electrical circuitry to guide crew installation work
  • Oversee programming, configuration, and commissioning of Genetec access control and video management systems, along with Avigilon video management and Software House / CCure 9000 access control systems
  • Troubleshoot access control and video surveillance issues at the crew level before they become schedule risks
  • Perform daily QA/QC review of technician installation and termination work

Schedule, Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce safety management and HR policy compliance across the crew daily
  • Ensure all installed work meets contractual scope, technical specification, and LINX quality standards
  • Conduct daily site walks to verify jobsite condition, safety compliance, and installation quality

Communication & Coordination

  • Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager on schedule status, crew productivity, and open issues
  • Coordinate directly with trade partners, GC site supervisors, and other LINX teams on scope and scheduling conflicts
  • Attend coordination meetings representing the security scope of work

Minimum Requirements

  • You install and service CCTV or intrusion detection systems but have limited or no hands on access control programming experience on Genetec, Avigilon, or Software House / CCure 9000
  • You're a low voltage generalist whose exposure to security scope is incidental, with most of your background in structured cabling, fire alarm, or AV

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits:
