Job description

About the Role

We’re seeking a charismatic, camera-confident creator to become the on-air face of our activewear brands. This role blends hosting live shopping streams, creating short-form product videos, and collaborating with our in-house creative team to produce content that drives sales across Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and our Shopify store.

If you’re energetic on camera, love fashion and fitness, enjoy talking about products, and know how to keep viewers engaged, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

Livestream Hosting

  • Host scheduled livestreams on Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Co-host live sessions with top TikTok affiliate creators and external partners.
  • Engage with live chat questions, highlight product features, drive clicks and conversions, and keep the audience captivated.
  • Confidently present, style, and discuss products in real time with energy, authenticity, and brand alignment.

Short-Form Content Creation

  • Work with our marketing team to produce content aligned with weekly and seasonal promotional calendars.
  • Record short-form product try-on videos, styling videos, and promos for use across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising.
  • Edit and repurpose livestream footage into short-form ads and promotional videos showcasing highlight clips and evergreen shoppable content.
  • Participate in planning run-of-show documents, scripts, talking points, styling ideas, and content outlines.
  • Partner with our in-house photographers, videographers, and designers to maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Partner with our in-house photographers to appear in occasional lifestyle still photography (e.g., coffee shop, outdoor fitness, casual retail environment).

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a consistent, positive, and relatable on-camera presence across all key channels.
  • Ensure all content reflects our brand identity, values, and visual standards.

Who You Are

  • Extremely comfortable, charismatic and confident on camera; you genuinely enjoy hosting, presenting, and interacting live.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to explain product benefits in simple, compelling language enthusiastically.
  • Passion for fashion, athleisure, trends, styling, or social commerce.
  • Able to take direction while also bringing your own creativity and ideas.
  • Excellent time management. You’ll be filming frequently on a tight weekly calendar.
  • High degree of professionalism, reliability, and ownership.
  • Able to work full-time, in-office, with regular filming on site.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with livestream platforms (TikTok, Amazon Live, Instagram Live, Twitch, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Experience hosting livestreams, sales presentations, or similar on-camera work.
  • Background in acting, presenting, retail sales, or influencer content creation.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing ecosystems and social commerce
  • Basic video editing skills (iMovie, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
  • Understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience engagement for short-form and livestream formats.
  • Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce industries.
  • Past work as a TikTok or Instagram creator, even at small scale.
  • Comfortable occasionally modeling for brand lifestyle photography. Past work modeling for fashion or lifestyle photography a plus but not required.
  • Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones for professional content.
