Job description


We are currently looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our repossession team as Spotter Drivers. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.


Position Requirements:


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Working cell phone
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Doctor’s note required for any absences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a high-demand setting



Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate a company vehicle along assigned routes
  • Utilize company tools to identify vehicles on the repossession list
  • Notify the tow truck team when a vehicle is located
  • Continue route scanning after reporting a find
  • Accurately document all vehicle sightings
  • Thoroughly grid neighborhoods and parking areas
