Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Plumber to join our dynamic team. Experience of 3 years or more a plus. Your expertise will ensure that water and drain systems are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all local building codes. Utilizing your technical skills and construction experience to deliver top-quality results that enhance our clients' homes.
Duties
  • Perform diagnosis, cabling drain systems and Hydroscubbing.
  • Install and upgrade plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures in residential remodels.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
  • Conduct plumbing inspections and locations using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure system integrity.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems to optimize performance and prevent future issues.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
  • Knowledge of local building codes related to residential water systems and plumbing standards.
  • Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing manual tasks over extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail in remodeling environments.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
