Are you an experienced digital dental technician who enjoys combining technology with craftsmanship? Our growing in-house dental laboratory is looking for a talented Exocad Designer/Ceramist to join our collaborative team. We invest in the latest digital technology and are committed to producing exceptional restorations while providing outstanding support to our doctors and patients.

We're searching for someone who is confident in a digital workflow, enjoys taking on new challenges, and is eager to continue expanding their skills in a modern laboratory environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-quality restorations using Exocad, including crowns, bridges, implants, and full-arch restorations.
  • Utilize CAM software and digital workflows to prepare cases for production.
  • Operate milling equipment and maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Complete ceramic finishing, including staining, glazing, contouring, and characterization.
  • Fabricate highly esthetic restorations with an emphasis on precision and consistency.
  • Partner with doctors and laboratory team members to ensure excellent clinical and esthetic outcomes.
  • Meet with patients for shade matching and cosmetic consultations or be willing to train into a patient-facing role.
  • Assist with orthodontic design when needed—we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute wherever needed to help the laboratory succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced knowledge of Exocad is required.
  • Experience with CAM software and digital dental manufacturing.
  • Milling experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing.
  • Ceramist experience is highly desirable.
  • Implant restoration experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting with patients or interested in cross-training for patient consultations.
  • Orthodontic design experience is welcome but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
