TAX - Programmer / Analyst 2
This is an onsite/hybrid position, requiring minimally three days per week in office

Initial interviews will be Virtual but manager reserves the option to set up a follow up IN PERSON if they believe it is necessary. Pls make sure your candidate is aware and has no issues with coming on site for a follow up IV if requested.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The client seeks an individual to continuously enhance and build new features for the Virginia Field Audit Compliance Tool (VFACT). This is a custom build that will track audit activities and caseloads conducted by Tax Field Auditors using the VFACT system.
Resources is needed to implement new tax types such as Corp Income Tax, and other miscellaneous taxes into VFACT. The resource will also work on the integration of VFACT with the replacement of IRMS for existing taxes such as Sales, Withholding and etc. This contractor will work under the direction of the VFACT Application Manager. Skill Required / Desired Amount Experience Proficient with Angular Required 3 Years SQL and Oracle Database Required 3 Years Knowledge of REST API Required 2 Years Experience and understanding Tax Audit Audit work Process Highly desired 2 Years Experience and understanding Virginia Tax, Tax Administration process Highly desired 2 Years All candidates must have Green cards or be a US citizen Required
