Onestopcdlsolutions is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local, home-daily position serving Port Charlotte, Arcadia, Cape Coral, Englewood, and North Port, Florida. This night-shift role offers consistent lanes, predictable schedules, and a competitive pay package with benefits beginning after 30 days.

  • Compensation
    • $0.43–$0.51 per mile
    • Average weekly mileage: 2,200 miles
    • Average weekly pay: $1,300
    • Short haul pay: $30 per load (under 90 miles)
    • Stop pay: $10 per stop
    • Performance bonus; weekly paychecks
  • Schedule
    • Home daily
    • Night shift
    • Typical rotations: Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday

  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Operate tractor-trailer safely and professionally in a local, high-volume environment
    • Complete scheduled deliveries and returns to distribution center for reloads
    • Perform required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
    • Provide dependable attendance and adhere to schedules, including weekends and holidays as assigned
    • Work cooperatively with dispatch and support teams to maintain on-time performance
  • Required Qualifications
    • 21 years of age or older
    • Valid Class A CDL
    • 6 months of tractor-trailer experience preferred; training accepted for qualified applicants
    • Must pass DOT physical and DOT drug screen
    • No failed or refused drug tests within the last 10 years
    • No drug-related convictions within the last 5 years
    • No DUI convictions for CDL holders within the last 10 years (non-CDL: none within last 5 years)
    • No more than one DOT preventable loss within the last 2 years
    • No more than three preventable accidents within the last 2 years
    • No major preventable accidents within the last 5 years
    • Maximum of two moving violations within the last 2 years; no serious traffic violations within required review period
