What is a Calm Behavioral Health Coach?

A Calm Behavioral Health Coach is a professional trained by Calm, a mental health and wellness company, to provide personalized support and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being. These coaches use evidence-based techniques and motivational strategies to help clients manage stress, build healthy habits, and work toward personal goals. They typically offer support through digital platforms, focusing on behavioral change, accountability, and emotional support rather than clinical therapy. Calm Behavioral Health Coaches are not licensed therapists, but they are trained to recognize when a client might need more specialized mental health care.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Calm Behavioral Health Coach?
