Podiatrist (Part-time SNF)

We are seeking a Part-Time Podiatrist based in Orlando, Florida, providing care by traveling to skilled nursing facilities throughout the surrounding area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful care directly to patients where they live and recover. The Position:

This opportunity is perfect for a provider seeking part-time flexibility, reduced administrative burden, and the ability to focus on patient care while traveling between established skilled nursing facilities.

For over 30 years our client has been delivering comprehensive foot and ankle services directly inside nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Florida. Their model lets podiatrists stay focused on patient care while a dedicated support team manages scheduling, compliance, and all administrative details.

Salary & Benefits:

  • $100,000 – $180,000 Annual Base (DOE)

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
  • Active Florida Podiatry License
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABPM or ABFAS)
  • Reliable Transportation & Willingness to Travel Between Facilities
  • Strong Communication Skills & Compassionate Bedside Manner

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, including routine nail and callus care, wound management, and preventive treatment
  • Diagnose and treat podiatric conditions common in geriatric populations
  • Collaborate with facility nurses and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
  • Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
  • Rotate between assigned facilities within your town
