  • Conduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations and foot care in patients’ homes.
  • Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including infections, wounds, and musculoskeletal issues.
  • Perform routine diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus removal.
  • Develop treatment plans and coordinate with primary care physicians, specialists, and care managers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Provide patient education on foot health, wound prevention, and self-care.

Salary: $130,000-$200,000 May Include Bonuses & Incentives


  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited school.
  • Current NY State podiatry license and DEA registration.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for house call visits.
  • Experience working with geriatric or homebound patients preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
