Job description

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide exceptional service to all guests by being welcoming, approachable, respectful, and attentive to their needs and requests.
• Work collaboratively with team members and interact with fellow hosts in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient working conditions in all assigned areas.
• Effectively follow direction and/or work independently to complete assigned checklists and daily procedures.
• Learn and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to accurately complete sales transactions.
• Safely handle assigned cash and adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing procedures.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of, or the ability to learn, all department and state health standards related to safe food handling and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items offered, including allergen information, preparation methods, and proper serving presentation.
• Perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Adapt to changing work environments, including exposure to hot and cold temperature fluctuations.
• Comply with Callaway standards, policies, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
