  • Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.

  • ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.

  • Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.

  • Benefit from an established patient base

  • Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours

  • Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday)

  • Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai

  • Digital X-Ray with rapid results

  • Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.

COMPENSATION

  • $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
