This is an existing role and a 6 month contract.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role

- Ability to communicate comfortably with customers over the phone and email

- Digital literacy with excel or share point

- Time management skills

- Bi-lingual, English and French fluent

The Call Centre will be providing outstanding customer experience through various communication channels to help the organization focus on business and branch growth.
