Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Nonprofit Outbound Call Rep. This is a high-volume outreach role (80–100 outbound calls per day) focused on building partnerships with nonprofit organizations to identify and secure volunteer opportunities at local non-profit organizations for employees with temporary work restrictions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit organizations, educating them about the program, and coordinating placements to ensure a positive experience for both the employee and the nonprofit.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and capable of managing outreach initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to nonprofit organizations via phone, email, and other communication channels to identify volunteer opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate program benefits to nonprofits, emphasizing the low-risk, no-cost nature of participation.
  • Secure positive placements by coordinating with volunteer coordinators or program managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, responses, and placements in company CRM or tracking systems.
  • Follow up to ensure successful placement outcomes and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local nonprofit partners to expand placement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on outreach performance, placement activity, and emerging opportunities.
