Reports To: The Call Center Representative will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. 

Typical Working Days: Mondays to Sundays, 8AM-9PM (Shifting Schedule)

Job Overview: 

The Call Center Representative (Rep) will be responsible for general information and inbound sales calls for the client site. The Call Center rep will also be responsible for supporting the sales team on booking seasonal groups, correspondence with customers on changes to their ticket orders and booking ancillary revenue products across Center's attractions. 

Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the sales team with B2C registrations, group bookings, and B2B client reservations.
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with new orders, edits, or inquiries.
  • Assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and exceptional service.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Competencies: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound call center focused on customer service.
  • Knowledge of attraction ticketing systems and Vonage Call Center Software preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual ability a plus.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Physical Demands: 

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity for office equipment uses; must be comfortable working on a computer.
