Le / La Technicien(ne) I en instrumentation et etalonnage, sous un minimum de supervision, est responsable d'effectuer les fonctions necessaires pour maintenir, depanner, reparer, reconstruire, installer et etalonner les composants pneumatiques, hydrauliques, mecaniques et composants / systemes electriques a basse tension.

Fonctions et responsabilites principales

  • Depanner, reparer, entretenir, etalonner les equipements pneumatiques, hydrauliques, composantes de voltage a basse tension et mecaniques
  • Effectuer les taches d'etalonnage sur le terrain et sur les bancs generes par le 'CPM' sur divers instruments d'apres les PON
  • Composer les analyses d'integrite pour assurer l'efficacite du produit d'apres les PON
  • Determiner l'impact du travail planifie, coordonner et communiquer aux departements / clients l'impact sur les operations de production
  • Compiler, saisir les donnees et maintenir toutes les informations / documentations relatives aux programmes de maintenance et d'etalonnage.
  • S'assurer que les normes d'etalonnage sont a jour et tracables au 'NIST'.
  • Assurer la prestation de services contractuels au besoin et superviser tout le travail effectue
  • Assurer que tous les travaux sont executes en pleine conformite avec les BPF, PON, instructions, les codes, les reglements et les normes de securite etablies
  • Examiner et rediger des instructions de travail pour les procedures d'etalonnages
  • Travailler en tant que membre d'une equipe pour atteindre tous les resultats
  • Effectuer tous les travaux conformement a toutes les exigences reglementaires, de conformite et de securite etablies
  • Aider a resoudre certains problemes d'etalonnage
  • Effectuer d'autres taches assignees

Qualifications

  • Experience dans le depannage et la reparation de materiel electronique est un atout 
  • Competences informatiques et connaissances de MS Office
  • Connaissance pratique des BPF Bonne aptitude a communiquer, bonnes competences interpersonnelles
  • Initiative demontree, auto-motivation
  • Bonne aptitude a la planification et a l'organisation
  • Competences analytiques en resolution de problemes

Title: Instrumentation Technician I Evening Shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Summary 

The Instrumentation and Calibration Technician I, under medium supervision, is responsible to perform the functions necessary to maintain, troubleshoot, install and calibrate pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and low voltage electrical control components/systems. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate pneumatic, hydraulic, low voltage and mechanical equipment or system components and assist with modification, installation and start up of new and existing instruments.
  • Carry out both field and bench calibration duties and tasks instruments generated by CPM with various instruments following S.O.P.s 
  • Integrity-test components to ensure product efficacy following S.O.P.s 
  • Determine impact of work scheduled, co-ordinate and communicate to departments/customers impact on production operations 
  • Compile, enter data and maintain all information/documentation relevant to maintenance and calibration programs 
  • Ensure calibration standards are up to date and traceable to NIST 
  • Ensure that all work is performed in full compliance with c.G.M.Ps, S.O.P., W.I.s, codes, regulations and established safety standards 
  • Review and write Work Instructions for calibration procedures 
  • Work as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes 
  • Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements 
  • Assist in resolving certain instrumentation issues 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment is a definite asset 
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office 
  • Working knowledge of company G.M.P.s 
  • Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrated Initiative, self-motivation 
  • Good planning and organizational skills 
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
