At our Loves Park facility, we're seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team. This entry-level to mid-level position plays a key role in maintaining the precision and reliability of measurement equipment used in high-stakes aerospace manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment and wants to contribute to high-precision aerospace work. Second Shift, typically afternoon/evening hours (e.g., 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Equipment Calibration: Conduct routine calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain Calibration Records: Accurately document calibration data and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Support Maintenance Activities: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration tools and systems under the guidance of senior technicians.

  • Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow all quality guidelines and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of calibration processes.

  • Communicate Technical Information: Share calibration results and technical information effectively with team members to facilitate collaborative operations.
