About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst – Transmission Calibration & Automation Engineer to support gear shift transmission calibration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing calibration and testing data, developing automation tools, and improving team workflows through efficient data processing and reporting solutions.

The position combines data analytics, software development, and automotive engineering to help calibration teams make data-driven decisions and optimize transmission performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret transmission calibration and testing data.
  • Develop automated tools to streamline data analysis and reporting activities.
  • Create dashboards and data visualization solutions to support engineering teams.
  • Generate technical reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
  • Improve project and team workflows through software development and process automation.
  • Collaborate with calibration, testing, and development teams.
  • Use JIRA for task tracking and project management.
  • Manage code repositories and contribute to development activities using Bitbucket.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with innovative data-driven solutions.

  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or General Engineering.

    • Good command of technical English (emails, conducting meetings, etc.)

  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with:
