Detail Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Business System Analyst fulfills analyst activities specific to their department that are found in agile and traditional software development and process engineering organization. This role is responsible for leading discrete projects that are focused on creating efficiency within the organization through process improvement or enhancing technology systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements
o Prepare a detailed FRD and get sign off by explaining to customer.
o Create and present customized Salesforce solutions that meet clients' specific needs. o Collaborate with developers to implement Salesforce solutions.
o Provide ongoing support and training to clients once Salesforce solutions are implemented.
o Coordinate with testing team providing details for test cases preparation and support at the time of testing.
o Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality
o Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor's/Master degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role
o Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant o Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration and customization
o Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain solutions to clients.
o Experience managing projects and client relationships.
o Experience on Finance domain and part of FSC implementation experience is expected.
