Location: Fresno, CA 93722
Employment Type: W-2 Employee (Not Chair Rental)
About the Role:
Calea Beauty is looking for a talented, licensed Hair Stylist to join our growing salon in Fresno, CA. This is a W-2 hourly + commission position—not a chair rental. We provide all professional products and supplies, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering beautiful results and an amazing client experience.
We’re seeking someone who’s confident in their skills, passionate about hair, and excited to grow within a supportive, professional salon environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend services
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workstation in compliance with California State Board regulations
  • Build and retain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Stay current on trends, techniques, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to create a positive, welcoming salon culture
Qualifications:
  • Active California Cosmetology License (required)
  • 3+ years of professional salon experience
  • Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
