Under the direction of the Supervisor I of the Revenue Services North Coast Unit (Unit), in the Revenue Services Office (Office), part of the Regulatory Actions & Revenue Services Branch in the Licensing Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Analyst II will serve in a lead capacity for any area of responsibility outlined in this duty statement, to provide a high level of support to the Unit and perform a wide variety of analytical, administrative, and customer service duties. The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination, monitor projects, and serve as a resource to staff and/or stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure compatibility with statewide policies that demand a high degree of independent action, analysis, initiative, and knowledge of state and Department policies and procedures. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to obtain a thorough knowledge of appropriate administrative practices for the Department.
