Job description

Position Summary
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and a trusted resource for employees across our U.S. operations, with a primary focus on manufacturing and supply chain teams. In this role, you will help drive people strategies that strengthen employee engagement, shape a positive and values-driven culture, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will partner closely with leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent development, performance, change management, and compliance while helping build a workplace where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees by providing guidance on workforce matters, helping leaders build inclusive and high-performing teams, and supporting a culture that drives engagement, accountability, and results.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee concerns, conduct workplace investigations, and support the fair and consistent application of company policies while reinforcing trust, respect, and a positive employee experience.
  • Performance Management: Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, corrective action, and development planning in ways that reinforce clarity, accountability, and a respectful employee experience.
  • Talent Development: Support talent review, succession planning, training, and development initiatives to help employees grow, succeed, and feel invested in their career journey with the company, reinforcing engagement and retention.
  • Workforce Planning: Support organizational and staffing strategies, including recruiting, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and workforce planning activities that help ensure the business has the talent and structure needed to succeed.
  • Change Support: Help implement new HR programs, systems, and processes while supporting employees and managers through change in ways that encourage clarity, adoption, and a positive transition experience.
  • HR Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and trends, prepare reports, and use insights to identify opportunities that strengthen workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and the overall employee experience.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with leaders to strengthen communication, improve employee engagement, enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle, and actively support and build a strong, values-driven culture that helps employees feel connected, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels and serve as a trusted partner across the organization.
  • Strong communication, coaching, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, strengthen employee engagement, and support a strong employee experience and culture across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
