Job description

Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 total annual earnings (OTE), including base salary plus commission

Residential Sales Executive (Telecommunications)


Cal-Ore Communications | Northern California

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell to new and existing residential customers (door-to-door and outbound)
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions
  • Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce
  • Prepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

  • 13 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills
  • Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 total annual earnings (OTE) including base salary plus commission
  • Base Salary: $36,000 $48,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with significant upside
