Finance & Accounting Support<\/span><\/b>

Match shipping documents to ACH wire transfers and maintain receivables.<\/span>
<\/p>

Prepare and log deposits; coordinate with Shared Services for journal entries.<\/span>
<\/p>

Reconcile PCard and travel expenses monthly.<\/span>
<\/p>

Invoice vendors for material sales and match reimbursements to payments.<\/span>
<\/p>

Maintain files for plant and reimbursement shippers.<\/span>

Complete monthly Standard Hours Report and distribute to finance leadership.<\/span>
