The role: energetic salesperson responsible for driving sales across intermediary private‑wealth channels, providing market insight, portfolio construction guidance, and product solutions to financial advisors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a sales territory, including prospecting new prospects.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, video conferences, and phone conversations to maintain high sales activity.
  • Coordinate prospect meetings with senior team members.
  • Leverage relationships and network to drive immediate production.
  • Apply consultative sales, communication, listening, and customer‑service skills.
  • Represent multiple product offerings with depth of investment, portfolio, and product knowledge.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize multiple activities, and adapt to new situations.
  • Build trust and relationships, breaking barriers to entry.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of financial services sales with relationships in RIA, wirehouses, private banks, family offices, and broker‑dealers.
  • Experience in private markets.
  • CFA and/or CAIA designations desirable.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or communication.
  • Series6,7,63 mandatory with clean U‑4.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
