Job description

General School Aide

Under general supervision, monitors student activities and behavior on the playground and during student lunch periods. Monitors class during testing or brief absence of teacher; may assist teachers in classroom activities, assist nurse in general nurse's office duties and perform general clerical tasks. Supervise children outside of the classroom as well as inside, i.e. cafeteria, the playground and in hallways. Other duties as assigned.

•At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred

•High School/Trade School degree required

•Ability to work effectively with adults and students

•Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
