As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for taking orders, providing excellent customer service, making food and smoothies, prepping food with accurate measuring and weighing, stocking, and clean-up. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members, delegate and run scheduled shifts and crews, as well as completing inventory and day-to-day banking.
Being a Tropical Smoothie Café Assistant Manager involves all aspects of the following:
