Immediately addresses service breakdowns and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events. Clearly communicates and enforces company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy. Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. Uses EOS data to improve the workplace, listens and responds to employees, recognizes and rewards individual and team performance. Responsibilities

Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services. Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary. Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations. Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred but not required. Knowledge of all beverage service policies and procedures. Good communication skills, and the ability to direct and manage people.
