Job Summary

Join the Culinary team at Caesar's Sportsbook + Restaurant at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and be part of an energetic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to create exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean, sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and organized.
  • Ensure timely availability of clean dishware and utensils for Culinary staff to use.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with keeping the kitchen and storage areas stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Completes prep duties, including washing dishes, taking inventory, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sinks, counters, and cooking equipment.
  • Follow established safety standards for food handling, cooking, and storage.
  • Work with Kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
  • Assists with all event types including catering, department specific products, game day events.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Experience in food preparation or culinary arts, large-volume kitchen experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • This position may require the following valid certifications, Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination to perform tasks such as chopping, cutting, and food preparation.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and ascending/ descending stairs as necessary
  • Perform repetitive tasks as required in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
