These roles are often found in industries like engineering, architecture, and manufacturing. As a part-time employee, you may work fewer hours per week compared to a full-time role, providing support on specific projects or during busy periods. Responsibilities can include drafting, updating designs, collaborating with engineers or architects, and ensuring that drawings meet required specifications and standards.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit, as well as any relevant certifications, is highly valued. Strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication skills help you collaborate efficiently and deliver accurate work on tight deadlines. These competencies ensure that design tasks are completed precisely and efficiently, supporting project success even within part-time hours.
