Exhibit Detailer

Orbus, a leading and highly successful tradeshow builder and designer of hardware and graphics to the exhibit and display industry, is seeking a creative Exhibit Detailer to join our dynamic Design team. Position Overview:
The Exhibit Detailer is responsible for translating project estimates and design concepts into accurate 3D assembly models, graphic layouts, and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM). This role supports project management and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D CAD assembly models for tradeshow exhibits and booth structures
  • Convert linear and square-foot estimates into detailed production drawings
  • Produce graphic layouts and placement drawings for booth environments
  • Create Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and production
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure designs align with standard exhibit systems, fabrication methods, and production capabilities


Ideal Candidate:
Industrial design or 3D drafting background with a strong understanding of modular exhibit systems, aluminum extrusion structures, wood fabrication, SEG graphics, and other standard tradeshow booth components. Experience translating concepts into production-ready drawings and assemblies.
