Cabrillo Hospice is growing and looking for experienced, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) who are passionate about end-of-life care and supporting patients and families with dignity.
What You'll Do
  • Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
  • Support patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
  • Observe and report changes in condition to the clinical team
  • Follow individualized hospice care plans
  • Offer guidance and support to family caregivers
What We're Looking For
  • Active California CHHA certification (required)
  • Hospice experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in home-based settings
