Job description

Elite Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Systems Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and provide high-quality installations and service for commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Installation and service of intrusion alarm systems
  • Programming and troubleshooting IP camera and video surveillance systems
  • Network configuration and programming for security devices
  • Installation, termination, and testing of low-voltage cabling
  • Installation and service of access control systems
  • Diagnose and repair system issues in the field
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and job records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial and residential security systems
  • Knowledge of IP networking and camera programming
  • Experience with access control platforms
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  •  
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Fire alarm installation or service experience is a strong plus
