You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
  • Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
  • Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
  • Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  • Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

  • Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
