Tanknology, a United Uptime Services Company, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, energetic, hardworking Field Service Technician Apprentice. As a Field Service Technician, you will learn through an apprenticeship style program until you are certified. In this role you will work on various job sites, performing testing, installations, and repairs while using our proprietary software, TANCS, to record your findings.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys
  • Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems
  • Install equipment and test tank gauge systems
  • Enter and analyze test results, communicating findings to the Operations team
  • Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your company vehicle

What We're Looking For:
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, mechanics, electricians, carpenters, or cable technicians preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling)
  • Comfortable climbing 20 ft extension ladders multiple times daily
  • Basic computer skills for data entry
